Natural Gas / LP Appliances - Gas Lines and Hook-Up

TMT Mechanical would be pleased to install your new gas or propane appliance. 

 

Standard Fee Includes:

• break into existing gas line
• supply and install up to 15' of gas line ($8.00/ft extra for lines over 15')
• supply and install all required shut-off valves and fittings
• leak test new lines
• install Customer Supplied appliance connector (usually included with new appliance).

Standard Fee:  $450.00 (average price - depends on length and location of line)

Note:

• If appliance connector is NOT included, TMT Mechanical can supply at an additional fee.
