Our Natural Gas/Propane Furnace Tune-up includes the following:
- check batteries in thermostats
- clean furnace ignition assembly
- visually inspect for combustion air
- test furnace for proper start-up
- visually inspect heat exchanger for damage and corrosion
- visually inspect furnace safety controls
- inspect gas piping
- visually inspect control circuits
- visually inspect electrical connections and tighten if required
- visually inspect condensate drains
- check gas pressure and adjust if required
- inspect pilot and adjust if required
- inspect and clean blower cabinet
- deodorize blower cabinet
- inspect filter and replace home-owner supplied filters (We will provide filters (16"x25"x1") at a cost of $8.00 each, if notified when tune-up is scheduled.)
- cycle system and check overall operation
NOTE:
If your technician determines that there will may be additional issues concerning the tune-up, you will be asked to confirm if you wish the tune-up to continue and authorize and acknowledge that additional charges may apply.
